We stand behind every jar of raw honey, honeycomb, and royal jelly. If something arrives damaged or doesn\'t taste the way you expected, our team will make it right within 30 days of delivery.
30-day guarantee
Taste your honey within 30 days of delivery. If you are not thrilled, contact us with your order number and tasting notes. We\'ll send a fresh jar, issue a refund, or set you up with something new.
Damaged or missing items
Snapped a photo within 48 hours and email us at hello@norcalnectar.com. We\'ll prioritize replacements and file the carrier claim so you do not have to.
How to start a return
- Email our team with your order number and the issue you experienced.
- We recommend saving jars and packaging until we confirm next steps.
- Once approved, we will send a prepaid label or offer a keep-and-refund option for partial returns.
Refund timing
Refunds appear on your original payment method within three to five business days after we receive your return or confirm a keep-and-refund solution.

Subscription jars
If your subscription delivery isn\'t a fit, we\'ll swap varieties, adjust your cadence, or pause your plan until the next harvest cycle is ready.
Gift orders
Gifting someone special? We\'ll coordinate directly with the recipient to send a fresh replacement and keep surprises intact.

Food safety
We never resell returned jars. Honey that leaves our apiary is either replaced, donated to pollinator education, or responsibly composted.
