NorCal Nectar sells raw honey, honeycomb, royal jelly, and related edible products. Raw honey should never be fed to infants under 12 months. Individuals with pollen, bee, or honey allergies should consult a healthcare professional before consuming our products.
Our products are packaged in facilities that also handle tree nuts and other potential allergens. We follow strict sanitation protocols, but cross-contact may occur. Consuming our products is at your own risk, and you assume responsibility for determining whether they are suitable for your dietary needs.

Our Shipping Policy describes carrier options, timelines, and protective packaging practices. Title and risk of loss transfer to you once the order is delivered to the carrier. Please inspect deliveries promptly and contact us within 48 hours if items arrive damaged so we can assist.
We are not responsible for delays caused by weather, carrier issues, customs processing, or circumstances beyond our control.
By enrolling in a subscription, you authorize NorCal Nectar to charge your payment method on a recurring basis according to the interval you select. You may modify, pause, or cancel your subscription at any time through your account dashboard or by contacting our support team before your next billing date.
Price changes for subscriptions will be communicated in advance. Continued participation after the effective date of a price change constitutes acceptance.
Our Returns Policy explains eligibility, timelines, and procedures for requesting replacements or refunds. We reserve the right to deny returns that do not comply with the policy or appear fraudulent or abusive.

You agree that any claim must be brought individually and not as part of a class action or collective proceeding.
