What makes honey "raw"?
Raw honey is honey straight from the hive—unheated, unpasteurized, and unprocessed. It retains all the natural enzymes, pollens, and beneficial compounds that are often destroyed by commercial processing.
How should I store honey?
Store honey at room temperature in a tightly sealed container. Avoid refrigeration as it can accelerate crystallization. If your honey crystallizes, simply place the jar in warm water to return it to liquid form.
Is your honey organic?
While we follow organic beekeeping practices, honey certification depends on the foraging area within a 3-mile radius of our hives. Select varieties are certified organic when the bees forage exclusively in certified organic areas.
