Every NorCal Nectar order ships from our Mendocino facility using carbon-neutral carriers, insulated packing, and proactive tracking so your jars arrive as vibrant as the day they were harvested.
Shipping timeline
Orders placed Monday through Friday ship within two business days. West Coast deliveries typically arrive in two to four days, while nationwide shipments land in three to five days. You will receive a tracking link as soon as your label is printed.
Weekend holds
To keep transit times short, we pause shipping late Thursday through Sunday when necessary. This prevents your honey from sitting in carrier warehouses over the weekend and protects enzyme activity.
Warm-weather safeguards
When temperatures exceed 95°F along the route, we add thermal liners, breathable insulation, and schedule early-week pick-ups. Raw honey is naturally stable, but these extra steps keep each jar velvety and aromatic.
Packaging promise
Every parcel is hand-packed with recyclable cushioning, compostable tape, and reusable glass jars. If a shipment arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours for a priority replacement or refund.
